Kelvin Owusu Shines to Win Best Goalkeeper Award in the 2025 PJMOT U-17 Tournament

Although P-Jay FC finished as runners-up, their campaign was anchored by the brilliance of Kelvin Owusu, who was deservedly named Best Goalkeeper of the PJMOT U-17 Tournament.

Owusu delivered a series of commanding performances between the posts, combining sharp reflexes with excellent positioning and composure. Time and again, he denied opponents with crucial saves that kept his team in contention.

His contribution from the back and ability to organize the defence were instrumental in P-Jay FC’s run to the final. Even in defeat, his consistency and resilience stood out. He saved 3 penalties in the semi-final shootout to help his team qualify for the final. It was indeed a great display of skill, agility and confidence.
