The Papa Jay Motivational Tournament (PJMoT) is a dynamic youth development event designed for soccer teams. This tournament aims to unearth skills and to foster discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among young footballers, providing them with valuable opportunities and motivation to enhance their skills in a competitive yet supportive environment.
Through a series of matches and interactive workshops, participants will improve their athletic abilities and learn important life lessons that will contribute to their personal growth both on and off the field.
