Celebrating Ps. Emmanuel Ofosu — A Leader Raising the PJMOT Flag High in Madrid

The Local Organizing Committee of the Papa Jay Motivational Tournament (PJMOT) is proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our Chairman, Ps. Emmanuel Ofosu, who is currently in Madrid, Spain, pursuing an advanced degree in Football Management and Coaching. His journey represents not only personal growth but also a significant step forward for PJMOT and Ghanaian grassroots football as a whole.

During his ongoing program, Ps. Emma and his team recently participated in a competitive module where they delivered an outstanding performance, earning a Special Award for Exceptional Excellence. What makes this accomplishment even more inspiring is that he stood out as the only Black member of his team, yet his leadership, knowledge, and work ethic played a pivotal role in securing the recognition.

This achievement symbolizes more than just academic success; it reflects the values that define PJMOT—professionalism, innovation, resilience, and excellence. His dedication to continuous learning directly fuels the growth of the tournament, influencing the systems, structures, and standards we are building for young players across our programs.

Despite his demanding schedule abroad, Ps Emma remains actively engaged with the LOC, demonstrating an extraordinary level of sacrifice and selflessness. His commitment to ensuring the tournament continues to thrive while balancing high-level education and global exposure speaks volumes about his vision for youth football development.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to him for his unwavering dedication, leadership, and passion. His achievements in Madrid bring pride not only to PJMOT but to the entire Ghanaian football community. We are confident that the knowledge and experience he is acquiring will significantly elevate the quality and professionalism of our tournaments in the years ahead.

Congratulations once again to Ps Emma!

Your PJMOT family is proud of you, inspired by you, and grateful for all you continue to do.
